Author: Robert White

Over 20 years' experience in PR, communications and copywriting in different industries. I'm a member of the UK's National Union of Journalists and abide by its code of conduct. I believe PR is about reputation management. In other words, the protection and growth of a reputation by building relationships with those whom matter most to an organisation. A great reputation is built upon integrity, transparency and meaningful, compelling content. I hate spin, but I do love books and all things cultural.
